Liguria Wine Magazine suggests, as a pattern for some interviews, an interpretation of the “Proust questionnaire”, the famous list of questions to which a hopeful young man, the one would have gone down into history for his madeleine – ad not just fort that – answered for a joke.
The name of Nicola Lazzoni, a young producer of the Colli di Luni area, and its company, La Bettigna, are well known by the locals, together with its Vermentino, cultivated in a small strip of land in the plain of the River Magra. A niche production enviromentally conscious, in which a fresh and sunny wine originates, representative of the winemaking excellence of Liguria.
